Julie Hauserman: Expanded use streptomycin and oxytetracycline as pesticide on commercially grown citrus

Federal officials allowing greatly expanded use of streptomycin and oxytetracycline sprays to combat  citrus greening, which has devastated the citrus industry. The antibiotics will have to be sprayed repeatedly over years just to keep the trees alive and producing fruit.
