REIN In AMR launches national equine AMR analytics dashboard

A new UK-wide analytics dashboard launched by REIN In AMR marks an important step forward in tackling antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in horses by bringing together previously fragmented data from private veterinary laboratories into a single, accessible platform. This initiative addresses a major gap in surveillance—where much equine AMR data was not captured—by improving data sharing and enabling more comprehensive monitoring, risk assessment, and informed decision-making. Ultimately, the dashboard strengthens collaboration across the veterinary sector and supports a more coordinated One Health approach to managing AMR in the equine population.
