Global Antimicrobial Resistance and Use Surveillance System (‎GLASS)‎ report: antibiotic use data for 2022

The GLASS report shows global antibiotic use in 2022, with varying levels of overuse and low access. Watch antibiotics are disproportionately used, contributing to AMR, and some low- and middle-income countries reported little or no use of Reserve antibiotics. More efforts are needed to reduce the use of Watch antibiotics and Access antibiotics.
