GBTQ+ Safe Sex Entanglements: Finding the Bacterial in the Age of Resistant STIs and Prevention Innovation

It reveals that safe sex practices are being reconfigured by pharmaceutical solutions, leading to new pleasures. The article suggests that public health and clinical communication should address population concerns about gut health, resistance to Doxy-PEP, changing definitions of safe sex, and the importance of pleasure. The study highlights the need for community-centered research in addressing the growing threat of antibiotic resistance.
