Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a global public health threat, with Ukraine facing challenges in controlling it. The ongoing war, overcrowding, broad-spectrum antibiotic use, and limited laboratory capacities have intensified the crisis, with most patients infected with carbapenem-resistant bacteria.
